We consider ourselves your advocate and educator. We will make sure you understand your home whether you are a seller using us for a pre-listing inspection or a buyer with a purchase contract. Our job is to thoroughly educate our client regarding the condition of the inspected property.

Our goal is to exceed your expectations. If we do not meet this goal, simply request a refund of our home inspection fee–no strings attached.

REMEMBER- Once Our Client…Always Our Client. Whether it’s five months or five years after our inspection, always feel free to call for advice. We will never charge for a phone call; we are happy to answer any questions or concerns you have about your home.
